ICEqube’s Thermoelectric Coolers utilize the Peltier Effect to create Closed-Loop Cooling for enclosures/applications. The Thermoelecric Coolers allow for closed-loop cooling on applications that do not require a large temperature differential from the ambient to internal air and where venting ambient air through the enclosure/application is not desired or safe. ICEqube’s Thermoelectric Coolers range from 200-300 Watts (682-1024 Btu/h) of closed-loop cooling capacity. Our Thermoelectric Coolers are designed to mount in an “Inset” style where roughly 30% of the thickness of the Thermoelectric Cooler unit is “inset” into the enclosure/application.

Closed-Loop Cooling is the process of taking heated air into the Thermoelectric Cooler by a powerful fan where heat and moisture are removed as it passes through the Thermoelectric Cooler. The air is then recirculated back into the enclosure/application. This process of cooling maintains the NEMA integrity of the enclosure/application.

Before our products are sent out for testing at independent agencies, ICEqube utilizes our multiple in-house testing chambers. Our in-house testing chambers ensure that all our products meet and/or exceed independent agency testing standards before independent agencies verify all testing.
